Refund and Returns Policy

1. Our commitment
Nova Threads wants you to be happy with what you bought. If something is not right, we will put it right, in line with the Consumer Protection Act, No. 68 of 2008.
2. Changed your mind
You may return most items within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original packaging, and complete with everything it shipped with. Return delivery is at your cost in this case.
Because several of our products are electrical appliances, we can only accept change-of-mind returns on units that have not been used.
3. Damaged or faulty on arrival
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, tell us within 7 days of delivery. Send a photo to hello@novathreads.co.za with your order number. We will replace the item or refund you in full, including delivery, and we will not ask you to post it back first.
4. Your rights under the Consumer Protection Act
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the CPA. In particular, if goods fail, are defective, or become unsafe within six months of delivery, you may choose a repair, a replacement, or a refund. Those rights apply regardless of the 14-day window above.
5. How to start a return
Email hello@novathreads.co.za with your order number, what is wrong, and photos if the item is damaged. We respond within 2 business days with return instructions.
6. Items we cannot accept back
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on items that have been used against the skin or mouth, unless they are faulty. Faulty items are always covered.
7. Refund processing
Once a return is approved, refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment method. Your bank may take a further few days to show it.
8. Cancellations
If you need to cancel, email us as soon as possible. If the order has not yet been dispatched we will cancel and refund in full. If it has already shipped, treat it as a return under section 2.
