2. Eligibility

By using this site, you confirm you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent) and legally capable of entering a binding contract.

3. Products

We make every effort to display products accurately. Colours may vary by device. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time.

4. Pricing

All prices are in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change without notice. We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders placed at an erroneous price.

5. Orders & Payment

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept or decline any order. Full payment is required before dispatch. We accept major cards and other methods listed at checkout.

6. Delivery

We deliver across South Africa and to select international destinations. Please see our Shipping Policy for timelines and costs. Risk passes to you upon delivery.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our Returns & Refunds Policy is incorporated into these Terms. Your statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, No. 68 of 2008 (CPA) are not limited by this policy.

8. Intellectual Property

All content — logos, images, descriptions, design — belongs to Nova Threads or its licensors. No content may be reproduced without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by South African law, Nova Threads is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant order.

10. Privacy

We handle personal information in line with our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act, No. 4 of 2013 (POPIA).
