1. Delivery cost
Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in South Africa. There is no minimum spend, and no delivery charge is added at checkout.

2. Where we ship
We deliver within South Africa only, to all nine provinces. We do not currently ship outside South Africa.

3. Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days, Monday to Friday, excluding South African public holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 on a Friday are processed the following Monday.

4. Delivery time
Once dispatched, orders arrive within four to eight working days. Remote and rural areas can take a few days longer. Some items are sent directly from our supplier's warehouse and travel with an international courier. That journey is already included in the four to eight working day estimate.

5. Tracking
Every order is tracked. You will receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order is dispatched. Tracking can take a day or two to begin showing scans, which is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.

6. Duties and customs
The price you see at checkout is the price you pay. If any duty or customs charge applies to an order, we cover it. You will never be asked for an additional payment on delivery.

7. Delays
Couriers occasionally run late for reasons outside our control. If your order passes eight working days from dispatch, email hello@novathreads.co.za with your order number and we will chase it with the courier ourselves.

8. Incorrect or incomplete addresses
Please check your delivery address carefully at checkout. If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or incorrect, we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
